Many, many thanks to all my dear friends and family for their love and affection, including my dear buddy Stephanie Neely for her clever card which arrived today, and the birthday post from Ashley, bidding me one of my favorite Morrissey melodies. I'd like to paraphrase him, "You've made a happy [wo]man very old." But really, the crossover has been utterly painless because of my dear peeps.
