I can't find just the right picture of her, but I will endeavor to do so later when I get home tonight. Terrie actually directed my attention to this sad news; it wasn't the top story on CBC or Huffington Post, so I was completely surprised. Bettie Paige invented a trademark in style that is today simulated and emulated around the world. Some of my favorite Bettie Paige enthusiasts include Blogger "Bitchcakes" of NY, and Dita Von Teese.

I wasn't notified until the 12th, and was pretty devastated. She was true beauty personified. I mean, so humble.
In any event, sad news. Although I suppose she has lived a long life.
