I changed the menu

I will upload the finished product but in the meantime this is the evolution of dinner tonight. I couldn't bring myself to buy and prepare pork. I was watching "Chef At Home" and he made homemade pesto, stuffed into chicken breasts and wrapped them in prosciutto. Also, dad aint coming. It's the Granny's on my own, hopefully with some pretty yummy chicken.
